The most trusted nurse in the room. In every room.
Dubai’s leading home healthcare provider is recruiting now — no queue, no waiting list, no agency fees.
Understanding the role
Home nursing is hospital-based care delivered at a different geography — the patient's home. The clinical standards are the same as hospital, using similar medical equipment and digital reporting platforms. The nurse-to-patient ratio is 1:1 across a full 12-hour shift.
It requires more clinical independence, communication skill, and emotional intelligence than most hospital roles. It is the fastest growing nursing speciality in the world.
The International Council of Nurses has formally recognised home-based nursing as a specialist clinical discipline.
"Nursing encompasses autonomous and collaborative care of individuals of all ages, families, groups and communities, sick or well and in all settings."

Who we are
Enayati is the first provider in the UAE, GCC, and MENA to achieve international accreditation — measured against 302 CARF standards developed in Canada.
Our nurses are acute care specialists. ICU-background nurses who manage ventilators, tracheostomies, complex paediatric cases, and high-dependency continuing care at the highest clinical standard.
DHA licensed. CARF accredited. 15 years of clinical excellence in Dubai.
A day in the life
Dubai's hospitals are your classroom. You see every ward before you choose one.
Review clinical notes from previous shift. Assess patient. Confirm care plan for the day.
Medication administration, wound care, ventilator monitoring, tracheostomy care, IV therapy — dependent on patient complexity.
Liaise with medical director, ICU physician, physiotherapist, SLP, dietitian. Document on digital EMR platform.
During patient rest periods — genuine protected time. NCLEX, OSCE, IELTS. Your next qualification built into the role.
Accompany patient to Mediclinic, American Hospital, or specialist appointments. You know every ward before you choose one.
Complete documentation. Brief incoming nurse. Shift complete.
The bigger picture
Every major health system in the world is moving complex care out of hospitals and into the home. The UAE is ahead of the curve — and Enayati has been building this future for 15 years.
The nurses who build their careers in home-based acute care now are the clinical leaders, educators, and care directors of the next generation of healthcare delivery.
Your opportunity
Dubai is not just a destination. For most Enayati nurses it is the beginning. The DHA licence. The international accreditation on your CV. The ICU-adjacent clinical experience. The study time to sit NCLEX, OSCE, IELTS, or any international licensing exam while you earn.
The UK. Canada. Australia. New Zealand. The wider Gulf. Every market where home-based complex care is growing is looking for nurses with exactly this background.
Your gateway to every healthcare role in Dubai — earned while working at the highest clinical standard.
Recognised in the UK, Canada, Australia, and across the Gulf.
While your patient rests, your career does not. NCLEX. OSCE. IELTS. Built into the role.
You will know every major Dubai hospital before you apply to one.
Home-based care is the fastest-growing sector in healthcare worldwide.
Comparable to — and in many cases higher than — equivalent hospital positions in Dubai.
The real comparison

You will document on a digital EMR platform. You will follow written clinical policies and procedures for every scenario. And when your patient needs hospital care, you go with them.
"When you join Enayati you begin with a structured training period. You shadow an experienced Enayati nurse in the home — learning the rhythm, the routine, and the relationship-based nature of the role. Most nurses tell us it is a very pleasant surprise."
Is this you?
We are looking for nurses with an acute care background and high dependency exposure who are ready to take their clinical practice into a new and rewarding environment.
